The 400 Day Anniversary Clocks

I give a 1 year gaurantee on the clock. That covers my work and parts that I replaced. My guarantee does not cover the mis-handling or misuse by; anyone of the clock.

In the case of 400 Day clocks, the delicate suspension spring is not covered by the gaurantee, as they are easily damaged ;if handled improperly.

Any damage to any clock caused by abuse will not be covered under the guarantee.

However, if a child has accidentally damaged the suspension spring I will work out a special price for you if you want me to fix it for you. Bear in mind that all shipping and return shipping charges still apply, as well as the cost of the new spring and setup of the clock.

This also includes any other clock that has been damaged by improper handling. Be especially careful when moving wall clocks; always remember to remove the pendulum BEFORE removing it from the wall, or you will damage the escape wheel by bending it's teeth, or breaking the glass on regulators when the pendulum hits it. Both are costly repairs since they take time to correct.
